Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

1. Technical Issues:

   If you experience technical problems that prevent access to purchased content, contact us within 7 days of purchase . We will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.

2. Duplicate Payments:

   Refunds will be issued for duplicate purchases after verification.

3. Non-Delivery of Services:

   If a live session or service is canceled by Niclex.com and cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be processed.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital products, including downloadable NCLEX Predictor Exams and study guides, once accessed or downloaded.
• Attended or missed live coaching or tutoring sessions (without prior cancellation notice of at least 24 hours).
• Subscription-based services, after the first resource is accessed.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@niclex.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
2. Provide your full name, order number, and a clear explanation of the issue.
3. Include any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or payment receipts.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be considered.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of misuse or violation of our terms of service.
